2025 Vendor Trade Show Wednesday - April 2, 2025

We are excited to be able to come together once again in Orlando, Florida for the PFPCA and the NFL Health and Safety annual meetings. During this event we will once again be hosting a vendor trade show on Wednesday April 2nd. The vendor show is a unique opportunity for each of the attending vendors to spend quality face-to-face time with our membership and display their companies’ products and services. This event was a tremendous success last year and we look to make this year’s event even better with a larger list of attendees across all team staff members. This will provide participating vendors greater exposure to some of the top professionals in the field of strength & conditioning, sports performance, sports science, and sports medicine across the NFL.

The PFPCA will also be hosting a networking cocktail reception on the evening of Monday March 31st, participating Platinum and Premier level sponsors will be invited to join us for this event and spend quality time with our membership in a relaxed environment. We are able to offer a very limited number of Platinum Sponsorships. This option will allow participating vendors the opportunity to present to our entire group during our associations meeting on Tuesday, April 1st. The exact timing of the presentations will be confirmed once the meeting’s agenda is finalized. Platinum Sponsorship - $7,500

Premier level sponsors will have a unique opportunity to present to our association on Tuesday April 1st during our association meeting and continuing education program. In addition to attending the vendor show event, platinum sponsors will also receive an invitation for up to three representatives to our association’s cocktail reception held on the evening on Monday, March 31st. In addition, platinum sponsors will receive additional recognition on our association’s website and throughout the week’s events. We have a limited amount of these special sponsorship opportunities available.

Premier Sponsorship - $5,500

Premier Level Sponsors will receive an invitation to our associations cocktail reception on the evening of Monday March 31st. Premier level sponsors will also include a display space at the trade show event on the 2nd.

Attending Sponsorship - $4,000

This Sponsorship is for vendors attending the trade show and allows for a display space at the trade show event. The display area will consist of a 10x10 space. A table and chairs will be provided.
